    ​Avoid Beach Apartment Artigas – A Complete Disaster

    ​If I had to describe this property in one word, it would be filthy. Our stay at Beach Apartment Artigas was thoroughly disappointing, and the property is severely neglected. ​The hygienic conditions were unacceptable: ​The Bathroom: The shower was covered in mold, filthy, and relied on cheap, unsafe improvisations. To make matters worse, basic essentials like shower gel, shampoo, and even toilet paper were completely missing. ​The Bedrooms: One of the bedrooms had visible mold growing on the walls. The bedsheets were stained and clearly hadn't been washed properly. ​General Cleanliness: The floors were unswept upon arrival, and the ashtray looked like it hadn't been emptied in years. ​On top of the lack of cleanliness, the amenities and house rules were frustrating: ​Air Conditioning: AC is only available in the living room, and we were instructed not to set the temperature below 21°C, making it uncomfortable during hot days. ​Privacy Concerns: The property is monitored by video surveillance. This was neither mentioned in the rental listing nor disclosed with warning signs on-site, which is a major privacy violation. ​The only positive aspect of this entire experience was its proximity to the subway station. Other than the location, this place is completely unlivable. Save your money and book somewhere else!

    Bon rapport qualité prix

    L'arrivée sur mesure, l'accueil et la réactivité ! La localisation pret du métro et d'un magasin lidle.

    Les équipements qui commencent a vieillir, le bruit des locations de vacances au dessus. Le quartier est populaire mais pas de problèmes.

    Proche du métro (10-15 mn à pied) Parking privé payant (prévoir 15€/jour indispensable sinon impossible de se garer) Présence d'une petite terasse Réglement caution par cb et accueil par l'hôte à l'arrivée qui parle anglais et espagnol.courament

    Attitude de l'hôte face à la fuite du bac à douche nous avons du insister pour qu'il mette un joint au bout.de 48h (il a accepté et changer le pommeau de douche rapidement uniquement dans un premier temps, on est 5 à se laver on a eu de l'eau jusque dans l'entrée) Clim que dans le salon donc dans les chambres il fait chaud. Logement pas très propre à notre arrivée C'est le logement le plus onéreux qu"on a fait de tout notre parcours espagnol le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas au rendez-vous
