  Clean accommodation with great facilities

  What a fabulous stay! We wanted a more authentic experience in Spain and wanted to stay just outside Barcelona in a beach town so Vilanova was perfect. Access to the beach is only a 5 minute walk and a beach umbrella is also provided. The pool was also a bonus and one of the reasons why I chose this accomodation. Approximately 45 minute train trip to Barcelona and about a 10 minute walk to the station. The supermarket only minutes outside the apartment was extremely convenient and cafes also downstairs (although irrelevant to this stay, I think one of my children got food poisoning from there). The full kitchen in the apartment was absolutely amazing, with everything you could possibly need in appliances and equipment including a full fridge. The balcony and view was lovely and we spent quite a lot of time there. Although small, we managed to eat and enjoy the view with 4 people. The air conditioning in the main bedroom and living area worked well. Check in was an easy process. We waited about 10 minutes for the host to bring us the keys, he escorted us upstairs and explained everything that we needed to know about the apartment to us. Having a lift was a bonus also. He was concerned about his English and us not understanding him, but he spoke English well and we had no trouble at all understanding him. Absolute bonus was the block out shutters for noise and light. Loved having a sleep in with no sun coming through, Possibly need in living area also. Thank you for providing a clean and comfortable stay and authentic Vilanova experience.

  If I had to pick on something, it is only minor - the shower curtain. Apart from not liking shower curtains touching me whilst showering, they also make a mess. Especially with kids. The bathroom is small but manageable. The sofa bed, whilst very grateful that we could accomodate the family, leaves very little room to move around as well as luggage. These are only minor issues and would not stop us from staying again. Thank you for everything!

  Great days in vila nova.town friendly. Train station was nearby that we used a lot. Close to shops

  Muy buena estancia

  Bien situado, cerca del puerto. Todo cerca. Vistas al puerto y al faro. Muy limpio y muy bien equipado. El propietario amable y atento.

  Estuvimos poco tiempo, así que no hay micho que destacar.
