O apartamento é espaçoso. Bem equipado e limpo. A anfitriã foi atenciosa em esclarecer dúvidas e prestar assistência. O condomínio é muito bom. Piscina, área infantil e quadras de esportes excelentes.
O mar à frente do condomínio é muito agitado, não recomendado para banho. Precisa fazer um pequena caminhada para uma área que o mar fica mais tranquilo.
