    Soured by staffs attacking attitudes when they should have been deescalating situations

    Lunch menu v limited my soft shell crab sandwich was edible just we had 8 ppl for lunch all guests spate from out three daughters it was Father’s Day when they wanted to swim staff humiliated us and were aggressive telling us they couldn’t swim

    Arrival champagne was told we couldn’t have orange juice with it then told we would have to wait an hour because of opening hours why offer then not later We booked in for lunch at 12 it was 10 our daughters were told they were only allowed to b there an hour before meal so would have to come back on an hour it was Father’s Day next morning had to change tables at breakfast third person would be blocking way then after changing to another table we were tod they could not accommodate 5 guests in that place and we would have to go inside but previous day 8 had sat in same place for lunch we were disrespected embarrassed and humiliated infront of other guests and staff were not flexible and explained things with attitude
