    Johan must work on his customer care ethics and discipline.

    The property view to the ocean/sea

    The manager Johan lacks managerial skills and he is extremely arrogant. He is quick to shift a complaint or problem I did encounter with other visitors at the parking lot. If he can learn to be a problem solver and over solutions to the clients that will make him a better manager. I was packed in the whole of Monday and lost R1800 of booking activities I paid for, this will remain a frustrating experience that will remain in my mind when I think of That property. Thanks to booking.com agent Philisande after he intervene during the striving moments and lack of corporation I was getting from Johan the matter was resolved. Secondly it does not lift and this was never communicated on the online advert so for I feel the property is overly priced since it’s accessibility is challenging.

    Très beau appartement. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Cape. Belle vue sur l’océan.

    La seconde chambre est très bruyante, et il y fait froid. Très mauvaise isolation. Le four n’a pas marché et personne ne s’est déplacé malgré plusieurs messages. (Sur une réservation d’une semaine).

    Great location, easy t get in and out. The view is AMAZING. Really looks like the pictures, or even better.

    The travel cot, although is rented, does not come with bed sheets or blanket and those are not provided. Just prepare ahead.

    Loved the apartment and all its facilities and equipment, the only negative was the noise at night

    Beautifull well equipped apartment with all you need in good central location

    It was extremely noisy with vagrants making a noise and sleeping outside windows
