Fantastic spot, would love to return
What a great spot. It was an easy uber from the airport and we opted to go without a car. The location is ideal for water: on calm and beautiful Mission Bay, and also walking distance to Pacific Beach for the big waves. The bikes, sand toys, boogie boards were a great bonus. Maybe next time we’ll try the golf cart! Best stocked kitchen, including coffee and creamer and all the basic pantry staples you might need. Shampoo, lotion, games, all the little things… Really enjoyed our restful stay!!
For those who may be heat sensitive, there is no air conditioning. Ceiling fans and a portable A/C unit upstairs keeps it mostly under control. But we were there during a heat wave, it should be fine most of the time!

It was a very comfortable, relaxing week at the beach
The location is great and the property is quiet.
The only problem we encountered was we could never get the storage unlocked to use the bikes.

The location was great for us, right on the bay. Dana, our host, was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Great kitchen for us to cook in comfortably, fully equipped, and stocked with all the little extras you may need.
I must say, the only thing we didn't like was that there was no central a/c. However, there was a portable a/c, which came in very handy, and we were very grateful for. :)

Perfect beach getaway!
The location was perfect. This was right on the Bay. Great communication with the owner, comfortable beds, felt like home. The beach is literally 30 second walk and a bench close by. Perfect for morning coffee, picnic for lunch and an evening stroll. There is a park next door, lots of parking, and very clean. Would recommend this beautiful location. Can't wait to go back!
It was a little stuffy/hot when arriving. There is no central AC, there were portable units available. That was a little misleading as the description said there was AC. No worries though, we opened the windows and doors to air out and had a nice breeze coming through. It was delicious!
