⚠️ HEALTH HAZARD & OFF-PLATFORM SCAM: DO NOT STAY HERE ⚠️
Close to the beach.
RATING: 0 / 10 (If 0 were an option) This was, without a shadow of a doubt, the most stomach-churning, disgraceful, and scam-ridden experience I have ever had with holiday accommodation. Staying here was a complete nightmare from start to finish. 🤢 1. Biohazard Conditions & Unbearable Stench The moment you step foot inside, you are hit with a foul, suffocating odor. The apartment is rotting with extreme mold everywhere—it is literally crawling up the walls. To make matters infinitely worse, the bedsheets were covered in dead mold. You are expected to sleep in a literal health hazard. 🧼 2. Bizarre "Cleanliness" & Zero Amenities Calling this place "uncleaned" is a massive understatement. * We arrived to find dirty laundry sitting inside the washing machine. * The towels were all soaking wet and hanging outside, and they were thin, dirty rags. * The room light was broken, leaving us completely in the dark. * Across the meant to be 10-night stay, the hosts provided NOTHING. Barely any soap, 1 toilet paper, no basics whatsoever. The basic amenities couldn’t even be provided! 📶 3. Useless Tech & Ghosting Host The Wi-Fi cut out completely for an entire day. When we tried contacting the owner to fix the internet, the broken light, or the health hazard conditions, he simply refused picking up his phone. 💸 4. Financial Scam (Stole €420) Prior to arrival, I originally booked 7 nights via Booking.com and I foolishly agreed to extend for an extra 3 nights directly with the host outside the platform (at ~€140/night). Once we saw the disgusting condition of the apartment, I politely asked the host to simply refund the €420 for the 3 off-platform nights so we could leave early and go our separate ways. He outright refused. He took €420 of my money for a biohazard dump and refused to give back a single cent. He is a total scammer who takes your money off-platform and abandons you in a rotting apartment.

Wonderful relaxing stay at the seaside
Location: The location of the property was perfect. The guest: Was beyond useful , providing information regarding every question that we had. Place: It is a very quiet place where you can relax and sunbath near the beach. Cleaness: The house was very clean and very well equipped. Suggestions from our experince: A hike to Rodon Cape is quit a special experience, also the white beach nearbz. If you would like some other activities the ancient city of Durrës and also the capital of Albania Tirana, are very near by car. We enjoyed the restaurants advised by the host. To sum up it was a mix of a relaxing experience, exquisite food, sunbathing and cultural sightseeing for us.
