Perfect location, shops, restaurants in a few min walk. Beach is in a half a minute walk. Very well equipped apartment. Owner was waiting for us, even we arrived around 1.30 pm and left 5.50 am. The best sunrise ever from the balcony. We just loved our stay. All things can be arranged on whats up. Smooth running business.

The apartment served a purpose......
Good Location right on the sea front side views to the sea but also to a really dirty side road and tops of the local Chinese restaurant and other tatty buildings
The areas around the Larnaca strip and roads behind are really dirty and unkempt. The biggest issue we had was the we did not have any hot water for 5 of the 6 days that we were there and it only got fixed on the last day.
