  I was unable to travel due to a family bereavement and informed the property as soon as possible. I asked if they would consider refunding even a small part of the £360 I had paid (even £100), but this was declined. I understand cancellation policies, but no stay took place and the property was not used. I then had to contact Booking.com because a £150 deposit had also been taken. Booking.com intervened and this deposit was refunded. After this, the property requested that my Booking.com account be restricted. Booking.com reviewed the situation and decided not to take any action. There were also several issues that I believe should have been clearly disclosed in the listing: • I was asked to transfer money to a bank account that was not the same as the property owner details shown on Booking.com. • The apartment is located directly above a takeaway. People gather outside, and it becomes very noisy, especially in the summer. This was not mentioned in the listing. • The balcony furniture shown in the photos does not match what is actually provided. Had these points been clearly stated, I would not have booked. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property.

  kilátás a tengerpartra, első vonalban. A terasz közvetlen a strandra nyílt. Akár fürdőruhában is lehetet lemenni a partra. A lakás mellett számtalan bár, ejjel-nappal nyitva tartott bolt van. Ebben az időszakban a parkolás sem volt nagy probléma.

  a foglalás indúlás előtt volt, válasz email.-t nem tudtam ( nem is tudtam róla) megnézni, igy a kulcs széfről sem tudtam. Egy kicsi idegeskedéssel és intézéssel járt ( deposit utalás, széf megkeresése, stb.). De ezt követően minden rendben ment

  Wouldn’t stay there again !

  Location opposite beach nice apartment but building it’s in is dirty and smells of dogs and rubbish .

  Over a restaurant that kept us awake doing diy at 12 o’clock at night . Also no air con in bedrooms .
