All you need!
Great location, just few steps from the beach and right in to the town. The house has everything you need for your stay, it is very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach was beatiful, just consider that this is no for swimming and definitely not for kids due the strong waves.
The only thing was that the dining table is on the terrace, and the number of mosquitoes was unbelievable. We couldn’t use the table during the day or at night. It would be a good idea to treat the area for mosquitoes because the space is beautiful, but we couldn’t enjoy it.

El alojamiento está muy bien y en un entorno muy agradable. Los espacios son amplios y cómodos
La piscina no la pudimos usar porque para entrar y salir no tiene escaleras de ningún tipo. Si no puedes impulsarte por tus propios medios no salís. Una pena. La puerta ventana del dormitorio principal no trancaba y caían hormigas del techo sobre la cama

It was a perfect casual spot to stay at a fair price.
Amazing location near the beach and lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Property was very spacious and clean.
There was a noise coming from the roof. We thought it was the tree branches hitting the roof and they pruned the tree but that didn’t stop the noise. Probably a unique issue with our unit in the ocean / west side of the complex but the noise was significant then it was windy and I wouldn’t pick that unit again unless the noise issue was addressed. It kept us up on some windy nights.

A perfect place for couples or families to enjoy Playa Guiones and the surrounding area!
Location was great! Very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Kevin and the Hotel Norte staff were amazing!
Unfortunately the pool was being renovated during our stay, but we were welcome to use the Hotel Norte pool instead.
