  Spacious and plenty of toilets

  Microwave was stinking couldn't use it something is really off with it and some items were left under the beds from previous tennents and crumbs down side of cooker

  Location was excellent

  Cooker hood extractor filter/ cover missing all inside and wires exposed to grease and huge heat. Fire alarms blaring early in the morning management advised me to climb on a very high unstable bar stool to reach the cupboard just under ceiling height. I have spinal arthritis and under strong opioid pain relief what they asked me to do must illegal but coping with all the alarms ringing simultaneously and Sasco being well known for not helping i did it. They then had a local guy from hotel accross the road come in and out looking at the sensor panel displaying a fault he wasn't sure what to do so he kept going away and coming back he said it was faulted Sasco didn't once send a company or a proper engineer. The guy from across the Road opened a sensor and blew so much dust out if it. Said the system was not being maintained after seeing other similar reviews its disgusting that Booking .com still advertise and support this company. I have reported to fire service council and MP headboards were loose beds were dipped. Frying pan handle hanging off and cooker door handles broken and Sasco offered me a late checkout never wanted to get away from a property so early in my life my family stating on the top floor left after only one night due to the fire alarm fault the rest left the next day when we realised no certified engineer was coming out photo of the stool to show what this company asked a full paying disabled guest to use to climb so high I was used as free maintenance pressing buttons on a panel I didn't have a clue what I was done was guided through what must be an ilegal process so many times. I had young grandchildren in the property and the guy from across the road no12 just had his equipment lying in the passageway left ladders against a wall whilst he was back and forth accros 2 days.
