    Nice place to stay

    Nice and quiet place to stay. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Shops and bars are quite close (5 min drive).

    Poor WiFi speed. Kitchen furniture needs some care.

    Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die eine Matratze im Kinderzimmer konnte nicht genutzt werden, da eine Feder unangenehm herausstand

    Perfect villa located near the beach, restaurants and shops but nice and quiet!

    We had a fantastic time at Beach House Cavo Kiotari! The villa is perfect for a family or couples and is a very short walk to some very quiet beaches with Watersports a short walk away. There are some fabulous restaurants within walking distance and supermarkets are a very short drive away. The villa was very quiet, not overlooked and the inside was very clean and well organised. The pool was perfectly sized for lounging about in on lilos and benefited from the sun for most of the day. We would definitely love to come back!
