    Great location but the building is old.

    Located right at the heart of the Art Deco District. Lots of restaurants and bar nearby. Really nice to walk around especially during the night when the lights are on. Plus it’s a walking distance to the beach. Also a few minutes walk to the BigBus drop on/off #2. The owner of the unit is responsive and specially helpful with giving tips.

    The building is very old and has a funny smell especially in the lift and the hallway (we didn’t know that this was the Barbizon hotel in the beginning). The room was okay, it’s clean and doesn’t smell. But, it needs updating. Linens, curtains, towels are old. One of the bedroom door is broken and wouldn’t close. No parking available at the property but there’s a valet and a nearby pay parking (which is cheaper) few blocks away.
