    Fabulous property , comfortable , clean and great views.

    The house is located in a quiet street with amazing views over Dubrovnik harbour. It was a 20 minute walk into the town along the road / footpath, which was easy. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk, however there are lots of steps, which isnt a problem if you can manage them.

    The beach was a great spot, unfortunately 80% of the beach has sunbeds on that are ridiculously expensive. The beach restaurant is very average and expensive .

    Relaxing and functional.

    Location was great for the beach but a bit of a walk into Dubrovnik itself

    Remote from town. No nearby shop.

    Location perfect, beach at front and view amazing.

    We were staying with 1 year old child who just started to crawl. While crawling her hands and knees were so filthy it seems floor hasnt been scrubed for a long time,only wiped. We needed to use kitchen a lot but it was also very dirty. Cleanliness very poor.
