Very well used home with a poorly stocked kitchen
Location was great and not in a crowded area of Panama City Beach
The home boasts it can accommodate upto 24 guests yet there were only 5 drinking cups available. They did have a ton of plastic wine glasses that maintained the smell of the previous drink and was so flimsy. The floors were so dirty it left our bare feet black as coal. Thank goodness for house shoes. No mops but three brooms were provided. No wash cloths. Again to provide accommodations for up to 24 guests, only two small stock pots were provided and two crab pots. The kitchen was not well stocked. We had issues with the TV(s). After a phone call to ask if there were special instructions on how to operate the TVs a very lovely lady showed up and helped us out. (Previous guests had screwed up the settings) Every room had a TV with two or three remotes but no instructions or description for each remote (one remote had a power button and an up and down button….no clue what it did). Upstairs AC froze up so we turned off the whole system to allow it to “defrost”.

A great place to have a family vacation & I highly recommend it!!
It's right on the beach, with perfect views. The pool on the porch was perfect for the kids to swim in. We didn't use the hot tub, but we will next time! The rooms were large and everything was up to date. We fit 17 people without feeling crowded. The kitchen area was great for preparing meals, as we could still mingle with the open floor plan. Everything was perfect during our stay.
The parking area was small, so we had to move the vehicles around several times to fit, and still ended up parking in front of the garbage cans, which I feared would get the vehicle towed. However, it did not get towed, & it all worked out!
