    Everything was super clean! The host literally had everything you'd ever need for the perfect beach vacation. The bed was extremely comfortable, the game room was a blast for the kids. We also loved the putting green and kayaks for floating around. You have the beautiful cocoa beach on one side and the yellow river on the other side for absolutely stunning sunsets. Life jackets, fishing gear, beach toys and boogie boards for time in the water. This place was an absolute gem!!

    Perfect!

    The house is super clean. Location is great and they have every little thing you might need, it was nice to have a few simple amenities you'd have at home but weren't expecting, like baggies for leftovers, and a toothbrush one of us forgot to bring. Communication was great as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

    The only thing I could say is the bed were too soft for me, but it wasn't a huge deal.
