    Being located on the beach

    Not being able to get in touch with anyone about questions we had and we never got a call back. Not being to check in before checking in time when the room was ready

    The location was phenomenal. It was very laid back and scenic all while being close to everything if you wanted to go out and about. The condo was beautiful, well kept, the beds slept well, and had anything you needed to make you feel right at home. My husband and I bragged about this place the entire time we were there and he said multiple times he would love to come back. All in all, I don't think I have anything to complain about. I will say the stairs are a bit much with hauling things up and down, however, it does have an elevator way on the main end of the building so that's nice for being handicap accessible. We will certainly be back - next time with our children. 😁
