Tolle Lage 20 Meter vom tollen Strand entfernt. Extrem freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin die auch jederzeit für Fragen und Tips (z.B. typisch kroatische Restaurants, Ausflugszeile usw.) erreichbar war. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Im Mietpreis waren Fahrräder und SUP's enthalten (nach Verfügbarkeit) Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We truly loved the Beach Residence parat
Excellent in all aspects, Nives our host was marvellous - the place is modern, great beach view, and two minutes walk from the beach with added benefits of using the paddle board (my kids loved it) - very short walk to many nice restaurants on the Castello beach and less than 10 min from airport - a true hidden Gem

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist super schön, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und bieten viel Platz. Die Eigentümerin Nives ist unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar. Sie antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich sofort darum, wenn etwas benötigt wird – wirklich ein toller Service! Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Meer und auch Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles in allem eine absolute Herzens-Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Residence Parat and truly enjoyed every moment. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic, with a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere that made it a perfect place for a vacation. What made our stay especially enjoyable were the wonderful hosts. They were extremely kind, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home and were always available and happy to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and hospitality made a great impression on us and added something special to our stay. We also loved the beautiful surroundings and the relaxing atmosphere. Everything was exactly as we hoped, and we felt very comfortable throughout our entire stay. We would definitely stay at Beach Residence Parat again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming place to enjoy the Croatian coast. 10/10 – An excellent experience, wonderful hosts, and a place we would happily return to!
