  Short break in Pakefield.

  Nice, clean & comfortable house although we didn't use most of the facilities as we were out most off the time.

  Lovely holiday home which is well equipped and in a good location for all local attractions and the beach.

  Lovely house, which was well equipped and felt very homely. It had everything you needed, even the nightlight on the landing.

  It would have been nice to have a bath & upstairs bathroom. But it didn’t affect our few days away.

  Lovely stay and close to exploring suffolk

  Lovely and clean, fab hosts and very informative. Brill location for exploring different areas of suffolk / norfolk and easy access to different areas. We easily got to southwold, day at oulton broads etc The house is home from home, everything you need for a comfortable stay and good equipped kitchen for cooking, Internet, board games etc

  Only down side for us was there is only a bathroom downstairs which you have to walk through living area / kitchen to use. When larger group getting ready / using bathroom etc is slight downside especially with children but didnt ruin our stay. Could do with some lamps / softer lighting for living area too.

  Superb

  Very clean and comfortable apartment, would definitely recommend.

  The only bad thing about the apartment is there is no upstairs toilet, but apart from that it is very good.
