  Poor, Poor, Poor

  Nothing. This apartment is charmless, soulless and has an air of neglect about it. A classic example of minimum effort for maximum return. There will be no return visit Caveat Emptor

  I am about to write an extremely critical review of this apartment based on 3 factors: - the standard of maintenance -the condition of some furniture - the owner's truly appalling attitude However, before I go into detail, I would like to share responses from the owner when I raised some issues shortly after arrival: - missing wardrobe doors in main bedroom (also highlighted by a guest in July 2026). Seemingly this is ok "as long as you can hang your clothes" -no safe - apparently broken but not required as "you can just lock the door when you go out" - limited supply of towels - "people keep using new ones" - no slippers - "guests have stolen slippers in the past" MAINTENANCE - black mould on ceiling in en-suite, mentioned by 3 other reviewers in July, August and September 2024. In addition, there is blistered and flaking paintwork - very yellowed toilet seat which should have been replaced a long time ago - very large crack in wash hand basin - broken laundry basket, complete with tatty, torn notice - all of the above relate to the en-suite - shower head in the bathroom does not fit the holder, mentioned by a guest in September 2024 - black mould at base of shower screen FURNITURE - uncomfortable sofa in dire need of a professional clean - broken chair in middle bedroom, seems to have been like that for the past 2 years as mentioned in review of September 2024 - wardrobe doors placed up against bedroom wall INTERACTION WITH OWNER - this individual accepts no responsibility whatsoever for faults in the apartment. The mantra being " we cannot do work when guests are in the apartment". All maintenance should be carried out BEFORE guests enter the apartment. - during text exchanges with the owner before/ after our stay, I was variously asked "which country are you from?

  No wi fi, code didn't work.had to switch electric off to reboot induction hob.shower head in bathroom had to be hand held as didn't fit bracket Rang three numbers that were listed but no reply. No tv.

  Una maravilla

  La casa fenomenal. Grande, cómoda y ubicación perfecta. Y estepona, nos ha enamorado, como lugar, su gente, tanto por hacer de planes... Hemos disfrutado mucho y se nos ha hecho corto. Esperamos poder volver el año que viene

  La única pega, las obras que hay y que nos costó acceder a ella para descargar e ir a aparcar.
