  Ubicación excelente pero...necesita mantenimiento

  Ubicación muy buena cerca de la playa y en una zona muy tranquila

  Se aprecia en el apartamento bastante dejadez en el mantenimiento,habíamos estado hace dos años y se encontraba mucho mejor,este año nos encontramos bombillas fundidas en el pasillo,salón,baño y tanto en la terraza inferior como superior,soportes del baño tanto de las toallas como del papel higiénico medio sueltos,la tapa de la taza del water también medio suelta,el plato de ducha rajado ( esto era lo de menos ) y el portero automatico no funcionaba,con lo cual tienes que bajar abajo si pides algo. El apartamento,el sitio y la ubicación muy buenas,el trato con Mayra ( la persona encargada de la gestión ) también muy bueno pero necesita un mantenimiento por la vía rápida .

  La amplitud del apartamento , las calidades de la vivienda y lo completo que estaba en cuanto a mobiiario y electrodomesticos.

  Nice clean apartment, fab sea view.

  The apartment was very nice, pool was lovely- no loungers though. The view of the sea was fab. The clean sandy beach was so close too. There were several restaurants along the front, perfect for us after a day in the city. Valencia was only about 13 euros away in an uber and the 2 euro bus service was great too, so it was great for an evening out after chilling by the pool/ on the beach. Handy for a trip to Puerto Saplaya- Little Venice- really pretty harbour. It was the perfect combination for us, as we can't sit still for too long.

  A recent review mentioned a lack of cutlery and duvets. I did hope this to have been rectified before we arrived but it hadn't. However once contacted, it was sorted quickly. Also when we booked the apartment several months ago I am certain the sun terrace was shown as furnished, which was important in me choosing this place. When I checked before travelling, these photos were removed and it's an empty space now. For new bookings though, the photos are accurate. It is lovely, but not what we had chosen, which disappointed us a little.

  Bien ubicado, pero menaje sucio y escaso.

  La ubicación

  Menaje sucio y escaso para 4 personas, Baño y cocina sucio. Había un edredón para la cama de matrimonio de 90 cm, ni siquiera cubría a ambos, Nos cobraron 50 euros en concepto de fianza por las pulseras de piscina, pero hasta dentro de una semana no nos lo devuelven... No hay explicación clara sobre la ubicación del parking, una vuelta espectacular por dentro del sótano.

  Nem ajánlom a szállásadót, nem biztos hogy a képen szereplő apartmant kapod.

  Az értékelésem a D9-28-as apartmanra vonatkozik, mert nem a lefoglalt és előre kifizetett D9-29-es apartmant kaptuk. Amikor kiderült, nem kaptunk elsőre egyenes választ csak pár üzenet után derült ki, hogy ami a hirdetésben szerepel (D9-29) felújítás alatt áll. Itt a D9-28- ban nem volt lehetőség a tetőteraszra felmenni, mint ahogy a képen látható, és a korábbi leírásokban szerepelt. Ezért becsapva éreztük magunkat. Továbbá a medencéhez viselendő gumi karperecekre kauciót kellett fizetni, amiről a helyszínen szembesültünk, a leírásban nem szerepelt. A mosógépet sem sikerült használni, mert centrifugázáskor zakatolt.
