    This is the second time we're staying in the apartment and it just has been great location apartment and the value overall is outstanding and next time I'm coming back to Miami Beach I will be staying there as well, beach is literally across the street and there are a lot of great cool bars and restaurants in the area you can visit

    The location was excellent, just a few minutes’ walk to the beach. There were also free trolley stops nearby, which made getting around very convenient. A great advantage was the nearby Triton Supermarket, where you can find everything you need. They also have a very good deli section with tasty food at reasonable prices. The apartment was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Everything we needed was provided, which made our visit easy and convenient. It could be a little bit noisy from the Collins avenue but its a common thing here for all such buildings since windows are thin. The parking isn't so easy to find but if there's no place near the building you can park a few blocks away at the parking lot on 27th and 34th streets. Max time 3 hours. But we used also parking garage G6 on 41th street, 8 USD per 24 hours. Overall, the location made the stay very comfortable and convenient.
