The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines Lost keys or keys left inside the property incur a fee of €50 during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office. On check-out day, rubbish must be removed from the property. A €150 waste disposal fee will apply if not. Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).     Lovely stay as the area was great but not value for money at all. We were left feeling like we had over paid for the pro

    The property was in a great location with a ten minute walk to the beach and shops. The pool was nice.

    This property has so much potential but just wasn’t great. The cleaning was not up to scratch. Kitchen utensils were very old and worn as were the showers and sinks. The sofa was filthy and floors needed a good clean. The pool wasn’t clean when we arrived but that was rectified and the kids enjoyed it. The aircon in the bedrooms wasn’t worth having as it barely worked at all. There was lots of things missing that were on the original picture and we were left with a kettle that leaked water all over the electrical base that it sat on. Garage was messy with items just thrown in it. Very run down property that needs a good deep clean and lots of finishing touches that needs fixing. The management team sent over a new kettle when we complained and that was great but this property just wasn’t good enough to rent out and needs a big refurb. We would definitely stay in the area again but not in this accommodation.

    Nice spacious house 5 minutes walk from the beach.

    No soap or basic toiletries provided, these had to be requested at an additional cost in advance.
