  Excellent apartment in a brilliant location. Lovely restaurants and bars within 1-2 minutes walk, and less than 5 minutes to the beach. Clean, comfortable beds, and white linens/towels. Spacious, very well-equipped kitchen/dining area. Brilliant addition of a washing machine. New-build styled building, secure entry, well-lit and lift to the apartment. Balcony is on the small side but contained table and four chairs, along with airer for laundry, and is a suntrap from early afternoon until the sun goes down behind the buildings around 20:30 (stayed August). Steep spiral stairs to a large furnished terrace. Very clean, large BBQ, 2 parasols, 2 loungers and table/chairs. Paid 29 euros on arrival to enter the apartment 4hrs early. Great service at Malaga airport desk, where we picked up the keys. Apartment is around 7 minutes walk from the station.

  Some things can't be replaced after every stay, so it's a shame that likely carelessness of previous guests has resulted in some small areas of damage in the apartment and to its facilities. These did not impact our stay or comfort, but may be noticeable upon arrival. I reported these via WhatsApp and staff gratefully acknowledged. Whilst the terrace is a great space, it is the location of the air conditioning inverter units, which is a little unsightly, and a bit noisy. A screen to block this area off would have created better ambience, but they don't prevent use of the terrace.

  La limpieza brilla por su ausencia

  Lo que mas me ha gustado es la ubicacion. Cerca de la playa y zona de ocio. No hay ruido

  No me ha gustado que estaba muy sucio,la encimera de la cocina lleno de hormigas. Tienes que estar todo el dia con el aire acondicionado puesto porque hace muchisimo calor. No tiene television por antena ni microondas. El calentador de agua es muy pequeño hay q tener mucho cuidado o te quefas sin agua caliente.

  Maintenant que nous sommes rentrés chez nous nous allons pouvoir dormir

  Emplacement en plein centre de los Boliches. Petit balcon sympa. Bien équipé.

  Personne ne nous a prévenu à la réservation qu’un immeuble en construction était contre nos chambres. Marteau piqueur ou marteau (suivant les jours) tous les jours sauf le dimanche. Réveil imposé à 7h du matin (pour des vacances ça fait léger). La terrasse Atico inutilisable. Les travaux voisins sont actuellement au niveau de la terrasse. Elle est donc quasiment partagée avec le chantier. BBQ HS, séparations des voisins écroulées.

  Great holiday

  The apartment was very clean and tidy, the beaches were all within a 5-minute walking distance, the beds were comfortable, all the amenities needed were provided, the rooftop was a bonus, and the balcony was comfortable. Plenty of choice of good restaurants in the street outside the apartment and many more within walking distance. A train station is nearby, and supermarkets are within walking distance. All in all a very pleasant stay I will definitely return.
