    Kaotisk check in og en del mangler

    Stor lejlighed med god indretning. Roligt nabolag.

    Der er online check in, hvilket viste sig meget problematisk for os. Fordi vi havde booket via booking.com, havde vi ikke fået tilsendt kode til nøgleboksen. Prøvede at tjekke ind via QR kode, virkede heller ikke. Skrev beskeder til dem løbende uden svar. Til sidst lånte en mand os en telefon, så vi kunne ringe til kundeservice. De gav booking skylden og sagde, at den instruks vi fik ved booking bare var autogeneret og ikke stemte med virkeligheden. De skulle have information om kreditkort og e-mail over telefonen, noget booking.com allerede havde fået ved bookingen. Både hotellet og booking.com har fejlet, de bør oplyse proaktiv at man skal ringe til et nummer for at kunne komme ind. Naboen sad ustandseligt og røg på sin terrasse, der ligger klos op ad vores (man kan desuden se direkte ind til naboen uden ordentlig afskærmning), så der lugtede af røg når døren var åben. Og så virkede a/c i master bedroom ikke, det skal det pris gøre i dette klima. Poolen var ikke rengjort et stykke tid.
