  Great location but empty kitchen.

  $1,000,000 view Very good location, comfortable, spacious, clean.

  For the first time ever we get a place with a full kitchen that has no supplies. No coffee, no sugar, no tea, no salt, no napkins, no oil. Washing machine is there but no cleaner for it. Dishwasher is there but no soap. Two toilets for 1 bedroom apartment but no shampoo or conditioner. Maybe for people staying there for a few weeks or a month it is OK to purchase some of those but when staying for just a few nights you don't want to waste time and money on purchasing supplies that you will only use partially. Please rethink your business model and give people enough basic supplies for a few days.

  Den lejlighed kan kun anbefales. Ligger perfekt med meget fin udsigt. Perfekt med parkeringsplads i parkeringskælderen.

  Great location.

  The views from the balcony are amazing. The location is right on the road along the beach with lots of shops and restaurants.

  As seasoned world travelers, we have never encountered such an inadequate check-in experience. First, they only communicate by messaging and not answering phone calls. When we arrived at the coordinates of the property, they said that we were at a wrong address and sent us to a different location 15 minutes away. After reaching there, there was no such place. Upon contacting them they said look at the pdf file about how to get to the property. After several attempts, they said that we had to go back to where we were originally!! After reaching back there, there was no lock box code provided! If you don’t have cell phone service, it would be a problem. Again, this can be easily rectified by providing better instructions.

  Terrible customer support. Missing address. Excellent apartment when found after 3 hrs of searching and 10 calls to love

  The apartment was very good. Nice view over the ocean and well equipped.

  Our main complaint was related to finding the apartment. It took us over 10 telephone calls and 3 (three) hours to find it. The address was not given. Calling the service numbers put us into contact to some friendly ladies ( in Lisbon) who did not know either. First they told us that the apartment was located on a given street at number 902. This number did not exist. After Subsequent calls they told us that the apartment was located at the other end of Praia da Rocha near a restaurant called la dolce via. They also sent us a file with some photographs from which we could deduce that 902B was the number of the apartment in some (unknown and unnamed) building and that it had to be on the 9th floor of some building. After Several more calls, we were just about giving up, when finally a third lady got involved who finally could tell us that the location was on : Rua Torres da Rocha, a dead end street, white yellow building, and ‘block B’. We finally managed to find it after having spent 3 hrs on the phone with people who had no idea of the correct address. This is clearly unsatisfactory and not up to booking.com standards!
