    Pleasant

    I received an email to say use the lock box and the code so i used this, fine. Then the real estate rang and said i had not fully paid so i went to the real estate and finalised my payment. I did receive an email saying this would be done automatically but it was not done. The stay was pleasant but the communication was not clear, i did not take linen so I needed the go into Kempsey and buy sheet set and towells, NO LINEN should be made clearer on the email.

    Email communication differed from Real Estate.

    Great stay as above only thing holding us back from re booking is no aircon

    Great location nice and clean apartment

    No air conditioning if it had this would have scored a 10

    Very comfortable stay in a great location

    Location was central. Bed really comfortable.

    No dryer, washing machine only. Unusual to have 2 recliners, no lounge.
