Everything was good. Comfortable and cozy. Very nice beds. The view is unbeatable

The oven was a little confusing to use, it's Italian. Also the drain in the tub was nasty.

    Good

Absolutely loved the location. Right on the beach, great views, no crowds. Plenty of room for my family of 4 to spread out inside. Appliances were great. Rental staff was great. Had a couple issues that were resolved immediately.

The house is in need of some work outside. The deck is weathered, but in good condition. The deck chairs were in need of replacement, very weathered and the high-top chairs were not sturdy. The grill has seen better days, very rusted but functional. The soaking tub in the master is not anchored down other than by the drain. My 10 yr old tried to sit on the edge to wash off her feet and the tub tilted. Scared both of us lol.

    Exceptional

The location is fantastic! The property is a hop, skip, and jump to the water! Clean and fresh decor, big floor-to-ceiling windows facing the beach bring nice sunlight into the house. The beds are soft, the kitchen has new appliances, every room has a tv, and enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. The front porch deck is where we spent most of our time.

A seating area under the house would have been nice, so we could still enjoy the outside with shade.
