    There was local construction next door which is out of the properties control and with a 5 year old, the early morning noise did not phase us. Noise commences around 6:15am all days except Sundays something to consider until the new build is complete.

    You’re not going to get what you are paying for!!

    It was spacious. Close to Pac Fair.

    What is offered in the description is not provided in the apartment. Clearly states 3 times apartment has a spa. Even says have a special experience as this apartment comes with a spa! Not true.!! The hotel does. As it’s an air bnb no one to talk to. Just automated responses or ignored completely. Noisy, as on busy highway. Lock box was not across the road. It was down the street and difficult to find.Construction work right next door that looks like many months away from completion. Only one key provided which then needs to be dropped off at a P.O. Box. Super inconvenient as parking is difficult. People also live and own apartments and dogs barking disturbing the peace. Cooking smells.

    Close to beach, transport, and shops

    Unit was self contained . Sauces, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid.

    Construction site next door. However our view was not obstructed. Fire alarm went off 3 times in 24 hours. Walk down from 8th floor
