  We'd consider staying there again, but would probably look for a lower cost unit in better shape

  The unit was fairly quiet until the last night when a group of wild elephants were staying in the unit above us. Couldn't hear any road noise at all. The location was good. Plenty of water pressure, parking was tight but convenient and covered. Nice having a balcony that faced the ocean. This time of year (beginning of May) the building was mostly unoccupied. Short walk to the beach. Pet friendly which is what we were looking for. Furniture inside the unit was fairly clean, though one of the stools by the kitchen had a tear in the fabric. Had a washer / dryer though we didn't use it. I like the use of a key code to access the unit which makes me think they change the number for each new renter. Much better than needing an actual key which could be easily copied at a hardware store.

  The unit was tired. Paint was pealing off the inside of the front door and all around it, walls were marred and a bit beaten up, missing Formica on the kitchen countertop, baseboard moldings were beaten up, balcony needed to be cleaned, balcony furniture was old and a bit rusty and not very comfortable, all of the walls were in desperate need of repainting. I took a wet towel to some dirt spots on the floor and the towel was almost black afterwards which made me think it had been a long time since that floor was washed. The sliding door track was filthy and in need of lubrication. Air vents looked old and a bit rusted. The bathroom on the pool deck was absolutely disgusting.

  Superb

  Great location, easy parking, close to restaurants, just feet from the beach, beautiful views and sunsets, nice pool. The property manager company was great to work with and efficient.

  This property needs a serious renovation. It is extremely worn and the furniture is showing signs of age. The couch has stains and the beds are like sleeping on planks of wood and one of the comforters had blood stains. A good coat of paint would do wonders. If your not looking for fancy surroundings, this will do. If you are, probably not for you.
