    Excellent apartment and hosts, and would highly recommend. Owners promptly replied when contacted.

    Very comfortable, clean, modern apartment. Close to the shops and restaurants. I used public transport to get around, so it's proximity to Broadbeach South Station was exceptional. The beach towels were great (and needed), so thank you. WiFi was great. A parking spot was handy. The aircon was very effective. The 15-minute fast wash on the washing machine was great.

    I found when I lay down on the couch, I had to keep pushing it back against the backrest, and the cushions would fall into the gap. A comfortable couch, though. Stan was not logged into the bedroom TV, so couldn't be used. I didn't try the other channels. Some glasses for water would be good.

    The apartment was comfortable and reasonably well set up. Great water views, except for the crane.

    I booked property in a hurry due to wife having a fall and having an ankle operation. I did not have time to notice a link at bottom of message on key location. The key was in a Key Safe on a fence in front of a building about 200mt away adjacent the property, need to cross two lights to get to it. The message i got with code could have mentioned this, took nearly an hour awaiting info from support on locations.

    Nice facilities but you should be advised on the construction works happening prior to booking

    Location in Broadbeach, room was good size with view of the ocean. Pool, sauna BBQ area nice

    No prior warning about the crane and construction work that would be happening right in front of hotel. We asked some questions regarding TV and wi-fi via booking.com and received no reply.
