    Didn’t have a stay. Horrible experience

    Never got in

    After getting shafted in Destin, we spoke to Grace to get us a place in Panama. We waited in the parking lot for 1.5 hrs for the code to get into the complex and the code into the apartment. We never received the code after waiting 1.5 hrs, so we cancelled and went back home, a 5.5 hr ride home! We’ll never use booking or suggest it to anyone either. This happened twice in one night. A wasted day taken off of work, waited a total of 6.5 hrs on the phone or being on hold, waiting parking lot. The worst vacation day we’ve had in our lives.
