  My Worst Booking.com experience in years as a Genius Level 3 user – nothing like the photos

  Location is central and close to the beach. That is the only thing that matched the listing.

  I have been a Genius Level 3 user for years and this is by far my worst Booking.com stay. The apartment is not what the photos show – they are clearly edited. The bed is inside a small enclosed box right at the entrance, next to the front door and no air. The whole apartment was dirty on arrival: stained walls, a yellowed sofa, a rusty and dirty fridge, stained curtains, pillows and bedding, and a filthy bathroom. It smelled bad and could not be aired out properly. The terrace was in a state of disrepair. The WiFi advertised in the listing did not work for two days, which I reported. I reported everything to Booking.com on the first day with timestamped photos and videos. It took more than 24 hours to get a response, and the property refused relocation or cancellation. In the end they offered extra cleaning, new sofa cushion covers and compensation for one night – for a seven-night stay in these conditions. Check the photos I attached before you book. I would not stay here again.

  Great location and beach towels being provided was appreciated.

  The bed was incredibly small and accessible from one side only. Pre check in advice on how the keys work and the buzzers to press to unlock doors to get out would have been appreciated.

  L'appartamento era in una posizione comodissima, un minuto si raggiungeva la spiaggia e il lungo mare con tutti i ristoranti. La stazione degli autobus era solamente a 5 minuti a piedi e il centro si raggiungeva veramente in fretta. La posizione era ottima. Consiglio di utilizzare le linee autobus per i vari spostamenti in quanto sono molto frequenti e il costo è veramente basso.

  L'appartamento è un pò vecchio, si potrebbero fare delle migliorie sicuramente. Tutto sommato per una settimana va bene ma costo qualità prezzo decisamente troppo elevato. Ok che è in pieno centro ma in ogni caso non vale quello che abbiamo speso per la prima settimana di settembre.

  Boendet gör vistelsen bra, sällskapet gör det bäst

  Ett bra boende som ger mycket för pengarna, hade mycket bra faciliteter med allt som man behöver till matlagning, en liten liten frys i kylen, solnedgångar på kvällen och läget super bra med tanke på att det finns pool och nära till strand, även nära till en butik, strandhandukar och vanliga var ett plus, bra dusch bra toa bra AC och parsiennerna så de inte blev så ljust på morgonen

  De ända som kanske inte var så bra ser jag mer som en stor förbättringspotential, kanske fräscha till väggarna med ny färg, lite mysigare inredning, byta ut den hemskt fula garderoben på balkongen, och kanske en tydlig instruktion vilket håll man låser upp nyckeln med och vart man lägger nycklarna efter vistelsen, de ända som inte funka var fläkten till spisen men de va inte så farligt, akta er för brödrosten den blir skollhet,
