    We had a few days in Manila before heading to the province to visit relatives. Rather than rushing around, we decided to take things slowly and enjoy the city. Having a comfortable place to return to made those few days really pleasant.

    We came to Manila for a few days of shopping and catching up with old friends. Our days were pretty full, so having somewhere to relax between plans was really helpful. The whole stay felt easy and enjoyable

    Don’t stay here.

    I did not like anything about the property.

    This property was listed as a one bedroom, it is a studio. Accommodations that were listed to be but be available but were not was the gym. It was only for the owners of the property. There were no pots and pans to cook with. The washing machine had a leak at the hose through the O-ring. The bathroom sink was full and unable to be drained. There was no towel’s and no toilet paper. The area is terrible, kids begging for money. Dogs and cats running the streets. It’s just nasty. When I booked this was listed as The US EMBASSY SUITS. It is not the US embassy suits. The name on the building was Grand Rivera. I would never recommend to stay at this place.

    I was in Manila for a three-day training course and mainly needed somewhere dependable to stay between long sessions. Coming back each evening felt easy and relaxing, which was exactly what I needed after spending the whole day in meetings.

    I needed to take an unexpected video call during my stay and was glad I could do it privately without searching for a quiet café. Once I finished working, I was able to head straight back out and enjoy the rest of the day."
