Great location. Very clean. Walking distance to supermarket, train station and many local eateries.
I have stayed at this property a few times. I love it's close proximity to the train station and the ability to park the car securely in underground car park. Walking distance to beach and for me a great location to base myself.

The property was filthy. The sofa had stains on it. Long black hair over the bathroom floor. The shower had black mould along the bottom of the shower door and side. There was a stench of dirty laundry, bacteria and sweat. The pillows/cushions smelled of dirty bodies. We moved them onto the balcony and still it stunk. We discovered 2 filthy mattress protection covers all stained and dirty. The mattress was also stained. The headboard was a cream fabric covered in hair and dirt where it had not been cleaned for a long time. The cutlery was covered in food it had not been washed at all. A great place to base yourself for a visit to Melbourne.
Location is excellent. Close to the Hampton Street village, where you can choose from a dozen different restaurants, bars, eateries within a 5-minute walk. It is also close to the Sandringham train line so getting into the city is a breeze. Lastly, access to Hampton beach is just at the end of the street and if you feel the need to stretch your legs or get some fresh air, there is a beautiful walk all the way to Elwood and beyond.

Good spot to stay for weekend or week if you like a hard bed.
Location good. Bathroom good - nice shower with great lighting and heating options. Kitchen good size with lots of glasses, plates, bowls etc. I didn’t cook though because there are so many great coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Apartments nice and easy with lifts to basement. Good ac/heating available in room and bedroom for hot/ cold Melbourne weather.
Rug in bedroom a trip hazard and bed too hard! Would have been good to have more bedding options. Only large heavy doona provided.
