Nice comfy apartment
Bright and spacious. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms quite well equipped. Great location, quiet area close enough to the town and public transport. Good walking location.
TV a little fiddly, but Ok once mastered. Parking very difficult upon arrival due to an event, Ok afterwards.

Central location with a lot of facilities - but dampness smell needs addressing
Location was excellent. Central. Lots of household utensils & gadgets to make stay easy. Cafeterias, pans , dishes, glasses in abundance. Hairdryers, irons, laundry & dishwasher excellent.
On entry it smelt really badly of dampness. Damp smell from kitchen cupboards & used dishcloth & sponge was awful. The main double bedroom with on suite continually smelled of damp, particularly on the outside wall in the left corner of the room. The baby could not sleep in there. Shower had a lot of mould in it. It was listed as a flat with a garden. This wasn’t true as the path outside the front door was not big enough for a sitting area as it faced a carpark & had 2 very large smelly bins in that area.

Ideal for families or groups of up to 5 persons. Genuinely close to the heart of Broadstairs.
My female cousin and I were In Broadstairs for a family occasion and the layout of the apartment allowed us to retain our privacy due to the two separate bathrooms, making it ideal for our circumstances. The kitchen equipment (cutlery, crockery glassware etc) was more than adequate. The apartment is roomy and well appointed. The host provides a manual filled with useful information and instructions. The location is ideal; adjacent Louisa Bay and only 10 minutes to Victoria Gardens (for example); and the A255 is just at the top of West Cliff Road, giving you access to supermarkets and petrol stations. We arrived early in the evening and we think that had a bearing on the car-parking availability. By the morning of the next day, there were many more cars parked, both on West Cliff Road and around onto Western Esplanade.
We felt the existing cleaning sponges were past their best so we bought a few cleaning cloths and sponges along with a squeegee for the shower and an insect spray for the odd fly or two that got in. These, we left for the next guests.
