Fantastic property in brilliant location
Fantastic location, secluded courtyard. Shops, restaurants and beach within easy reach and great for transport links.

A hidden gem!
Very tidy, clean and well.presented inside. Close to beach and town. Great location.
Outside of the property could do with sprucing up and perhaps some new bathroom towels. The info sent on day of arrival contained incorrect Wifi code. We did find correct details inside the folder at the property.

I think the property is a great location and it’s lovely inside but the poor review is a result of the cleaning issue.
Great location, lovely bathroom and bedroom.
When we pulled out the sofa bed the bedsheet had clearly not been changed as it had been soiled and was covered in dirt. Photos attached. I fully appreciate that errors in cleaning will happen but it’s a £250 per night property and this is unacceptable. Kitchen is a bit small.

Good location with shared courtyard. Central but quiet.
WiFi details provided on Booking.com and by email were incorrect, so tried contacting owner by message, text and voicemail several times, also mentioning that extractor fan in the kitchenette did not function. Owner failed to respond for 2 days but in meantime we found new WiFi details in the property. When owner did respond they were apologetic but it is disconcerting that we initially had no way of contacting them. Note that North Berwick town centre has recently introduced on street parking charges and time limits. Nearest free parking we could find was a 15 minute walk away.
