  The worst stay of my life

  The time that we left this place

  We didn't like anything the staff were rude and they we liyng to us the whole time. The time that we arrived (11pm) they didn't check us in beacuse he didn't know about our booking and we were forced to search for another place to sleep. After that when we got into the villa we were told that we need to pay for our electric bill and we have to put in a deposit(10000baht) for the stay ( these things weren't addressed in the listing of the villa ). We were okay with this just because we wantend to stay where we booked, it looked amazing in the photos but the villa wasn't cleaned for at least a month before us it was unbearably dirty and when we asked for a cleaner to come we were foced to pay a cleaning fee of a 1000baht. On our third day of stay the owner of the villa that was unperesent the whole time, didn't answer his phone and messages in the booking app and was just sending some random people to talk to us texted us that we need to leave the place ASAP because we " harassed the neighboring tenants and they feel threatened and uneasy " (we were only sleeping at the villa ). They threatened us with collecting our passports. They said that the community decided that we weren't the people that can stay at Sunset Cove and that we can't stay in the neighbourhood anymore. Someone came and started lying to us and telling us that he came and talked to us three times and that we " don't remember anything " ( we never saw that person before that ) started threatening us with police. Then they stopped the electricity and the hot water for a period of time which was good because we were paying a lot for them. The hot water came only at the first floor after that and we were forced to use only two of the bathrooms to have a shower. After this wholesome situation they told us that we were in a trial period and if they decided they would call police and they would just "lock us up for good".

  Loved the private pool and the view from the master bedroom upstairs. We loved it!

  It was simple, the owner was at the property when we arrived.

  Power and water was cut for 4 - 5 hours an hour after we checked in. This wasn't a fault of the property owner but more so the island. But we were not informed about the possiblity of this happening. We heard from our neighbors that they experienced it a couple of times...
