Location and building design
It was shabby. The carpets through out the hotel were old , strained felt unclean. Our bathroom room 507 needed hot water! The bed was extremely comfortable. No wardrobe , only tiny short rail for clothes... no mirror apart from small round mirror in bathroom

Close to the beach, clean facilities. AC blasting on max in summer Miami weather.
