    Generally, the neighborhood feels safe, there is parking within a secure area, and the view from the window is breathtaking (you can even spot dolphins); there are charming shops nearby, and you can take walks right along the oceanfront. There are a couple of restaurants close by, and plenty to do in the area. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. Keep in mind that the ocean environment is intense and quite humid; washed clothes will only dry if it’s sunny. They definitely need to replace the iron and do some minor repairs in the bathrooms — then everything would be pretty good. A clothes dryer would be a welcome addition, too.

    We stayed in the adjacent unit (right next door) three years ago, and it looked better back then. We didn't have any major complaints, but a shower door that wouldn't close, clogged drains in the shower and bathtub, and a dirty iron left a somewhat negative impression.
