    The location was great and very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The price was affordable. Having an indoor pool as an option was great. The kitchen was nice to have for a quick and simple meal. Sheets and towels were clean.

    The carpet and walls had multiple stains which made it feel dirty. The cots were comfortable but were dirty when we opened them to set them up for the night. The shower was also not thoroughly cleaned before arrival. The lamps in the master bedroom would randomly flicker.

    Great deal for the price. Would rent again.

    Everything was great and well stocked. Had everything we needed. Close to the strip.

    Bed is extremely firm (some prefer that, I personally do not) and pillows flat. Could use some touch up paint from previous users and carpets shampooed (all cosmetic).

    The bed/pillows were not the most comfortable, but not a huge issue for our couple nights stay.
