    It really was nice, and pretty but the condo was noticeably dirty, I’m not a clean freak and I still noticed things

    The view was amazing

    The coffee cups and the pan were dirty when we pulled them out to use them and The floor was all gritty like it wasn’t swept, or hastily swept.

    Beautiful location, unwelcoming attitude

    The property had a gorgeous view of the Smoky Mountains and it was quiet - we were not disturbed. The rooms were comfortable, and parking was easy. Also, want to make sure others understand - it'll be at least a 20 minute drive into the park. We didn't mind - but FYI.

    It felt as though the host/property company was determined to do the bare minimum to be seen as courteous - only one extra roll of toilet paper (we had to purchase more), one roll of paper towel, one sponge, etc. We also received four separate messages telling us not to check in early, and it made us feel quite unwelcome.

    We had a comfortable, enjoyable and beautiful week stay at BEARLY WAIT; We would definitely stay again!

    The COZY FEEL, the HUGE BED, the close and convenient parking and THE GORGEOUS VIEW!! This condo is just far enough to get out of the HUSTLE AND BUSTLE of the very busy Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed watching a mamma bear and her two cubs right off our balcony. In the evenings when we had the sliding door open, we heard coyotes howling in the distance. We had an enjoyable and peaceful week for our 35th Anniversary trip.

    We had no dislikes about the property. A couple suggestions, the kitchen could use a larger frying pan vs the two smaller ones offer. I cooked our breakfasts and made two dinners for us while there, I could have benefited from one large frying pan. The other thing we did notice, the tub/shower works fine. It’s just showing some wear to it. It’s fiberglass so we get it. None of this affected our stay to any degree. We had a great stay! Just making a couple suggestions.
