    Posizione veramente ottima , nel pieno del quartiere e con tutte le comodità vicino. Anche se il quartiere è molto vivace e trafficato , gli infissi isolano bene il rumore !

    L odore di muffa e di umido tipico di queste case centrali e vecchie, qualche cosa da sistemare nel bagno per il resto ok ....

    Charming neighbour, very convenient location, tram 28 stops just steps from the property. Easy walk to praça do comércio. Facilities are complete and space is spacious.

    Outdoor food stall right out the window, and you could hear people talk until about 10pm if windows are open for ventilation, could also hear footsteps above. Understandable because of the old building.
