  para poder ingresar tuve inconvenientes para poder retirar la llave ya que no es en el lugar donde está el alojamiento ,, no me respondía a tiempo los mensajes y estuve casi 40 minutos para poder ingresar ...

  Difficult to get the keys, as I had to make a telephone call to the attendant to find the location. Once we found the keys and opened the front door, we were totally shocked by the steepness and amount of stairs. If you have heavy suitcases, elderly or have other issues carrying luggage (i.e. sports injury, etc.) this is not the place for you. One of the hand rails was broken. The steepness of the stairs coning down can also be very dangerous. Be very weary of this! The room was nice, but the stairs was not enjoyable as the little lift did not work.

  Localização boa, apartamento espaçoso e bonito.

  A casa precisa de alguma manutenção. Há pequenas coisas que não funcionam ou estão estragadas (autoclismo, tomadas, TV, ar condicionado bloqueou). Limpeza podia ser melhor

  muy cómodo el apartamento, cuenta con todo lo necesario, y muy bien ubicado, cercano a la estación de tren y a atractivos turísticos de la ciudad

  Great location, that's all

  The location was excellent.

  1. There are 65 steps. An ordinary flight of stairs are between 13 & 16. The description states the apartment is on the 3rd floor, if you take into account the number of steps it's 5 floors at best. 2. The stairs are very steep in places and due to the age of the building the steps are also very worn, this is a slip hazzard for some. 3. Check in: we were asked to go to another property in the next street to collect the keys, despite the listing stating we would be met at the property. After a day of traveling we really didn't need this. It's pure laziness that the person with the keys couldn't have met us at the property and helped us navigate our access to the apartment. 4. An electrical socket in the kitchen was away from the wall, 2 of the outlets were not able to be used, the one which could be used had the holes made larger to accommodate the size of the plug pins. 5. There is no property manual to guide you during your stay. 6. The internet was not working when we arrived, turns out the cleaners must have unplugged it. 7. The cutlery proved difficult to locate, when we enquired we were told it might be in the cupboard under the tv, which was actually a cheap IKEA lack table. The cutlery was in the cupboard next to the stove. 8. Some of the crockery is in a wall cupboard, situated up high. My husband is 6ft 1 and could only just access the crockery. 9. One of the acrylic chairs has a crack in the side of the seat, causing instability which weakens the legs, the legs nearly gave way whilst we were sitting on it. 10. This is not an apartment suitable for young children, ours our 12 and 15. I did reach out to the hosts for comments on my feedback, they failed to do so.
