Pathetic
The owner was unprofessional, insisting on upfront payment despite my preference to settle upon arrival. His tactic is to collect a deposit and then relocate guests to a different residence without prior notice. The price displayed on Booking.com is misleading compared to what is actually charged. He even admitted that the rooms shown on the platform are only meant to attract customers. I booked a residence near the beach, but was instead given one far away, with no regard for my plans.
Pathetic customer relations.

A great stay! I would recommend
Very comfortable bed, big spacious room and big large windows. Modern TV with lots of streaming services, which was nice entertainment for the evening. A short drive to Nyali Beach, which was wonderful - gorgeous water and soft, white sand. A quick drive to Fort Jesus as well. A great price given the location. The host was very helpful and responsive too.
