Sehr angenehmes Hotel in elegantem Ambiente und an hervorragender Lage
Sehr tolle Lage und gutes preisreduziertes Angebot für das Zimmer (kurzfristig). Elegantes Ambiente und sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Personal sehr freundlich. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung dem Hotel entsprechend toll.
Frühstück (wenn man kurzfristig sich dazu entscheidet) etwas zu teuer. Würde ich zukünftig bei der Buchung beachten oder vorher nachfragen. Ansonsten kann ich nichts aussetzen.

décevant, je déconseille
la salle du petit déjeuner est très belle face au lac. dans l'ensemble le bâtiment est beau mais manque d'entretien et n'est plus mis en valeur.
le personnel désagréable et pas très réactif. beaucoup de monde dans le hall mais pas très serviables... ensemble vieillot et mal entretenu. matelas très inconfortables. spa payant et non gratuit comme sous entendu sur booking.com, 20.- par personne par heure. n'est pas à la hauteur du standing qu'il veut afficher.

disrespectful service and dusty room
The room was quite dusty and the sheets smelt of lack of ventilation. The restaurant and bar close at 18:00 on Friday and Saturday. The hotel seemed empty. After a long run around the lake, we asked if we could use the hotel's shower and hammam after check-out, but were not allowed to (hotel policy...). However, we were allowed to use the hotel's toilets to change, just outside the spa, which was empty.
