It suited our requirements for our stay on Taunton.

Clean room with windows that open. Comfortable beds and linen. Coffee and tea facilities wih packs of biscuits. Plentiful hot water.

For me the air freshener in the entrance hall was overwhelming and unpleasant. Held my breath until climbed stairs!

    Very clean,comfortable and convenient.

Location ideal for us as near places we wished to go.

Only minor issues: Kettle dripped/leaked. Steam from it beginning to spoil wallpaper as not much surface space to place things. No magnifying mirror in bathroom.

    Excellent

Very comfortable, clean and convenient. We appreciated the coffee cafetière particularly. Also the host was very kind and helpful over a booking mistake.
