    Don't book this place if you plan on sleeping.

    It was a nice room and clean enough

    The walls are very thin. My wife and I were woken up at 5:30 am by a full-volume conversation happening on the other side of our wall. The door to that room was marked "Private" so I can only assume this was staff. The noise continued until past 7 am, so we had an unwelcome very early morning.

    Reasonably priced and well run accommodation in Dublin suburbia.

    The breakfast is not part of the package. The accommodation is attached to a large pub. There you can have breakfast, lunch and evening meal as a paying customer. Both the pub and the attached accommodation are clean and well maintained. The room is compact but has everything you need - en suite bathroom, TV, kettle etc.

    I didn’t dislike anything but an intending guest should know that Beaumont is a nice suburb on Dublin’s northside and tourist sites are not within walking distance. But good bus routes are nearby.
