Unfortunately incredibly firm mattress spoils an otherwise easy stay
Easy check in, large well furnished rooms, lots of parking, heating and AC
The mattress was incredibly firm, and the pillows hard, unfortunately this meant that I struggled to sleep. I have stayed at the property before and haven’t experienced this so perhaps it was just this room.

Nice location, decent rooms
Nicely renovated property - I really liked my room and the building itself was pleasant. Location was good with lots of nice shops, cafés restaurants close by. Self check-in was very simple. Can't comment on staff as I didn't meet any but the place was well cared for. Tea / coffee in the bedrooms, a water cooler downstairs and you get pre-packed Belgian waffles, cereal bars, juice in the morning.
- We booked two different types of room and there was no indication on check-out which room was which - Rooms were VERY hot at night, I struggled to sleep and keeping the window open meant I heard the traffic all night - Main lights in the room didn't work the first night. I probably wouldn't have chosen it if I'd found other options within my price range and the only reason I didn't switch when something else came up was that it was non-refundable.
