    This is a fabulous place to stay

    Firstly the high standards and Michael’s impeccable attention to ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Secondly the location as it was ideally suited to our wishes to be in the zone of the Sail GP and the Wynyard/Viaduct in general. We loved being part of the atmosphere and enjoyed being able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Thirdly we appreciated the fact that we had access to a car park so that family from Bucklands Beach could join us for Sail GP events. Fourthly we appreciated very much the excellent provisioning of the Residence. Finally we liked being able to access great places like Aura and la petite fourchette just a few meters from our door.
